Rodent Removal Across Fort Lauderdale and Broward County

Contractors are dispatched throughout Broward County. The neighborhoods and towns below get their own page because the water, the housing era and the roof type change what a job looks like.

Three kinds of Broward property, three kinds of job

The canal-front streets, the older inland neighborhoods and the western subdivisions produce different inspections. On the Las Olas Isles, in Rio Vista, Lauderdale Isles and Coral Ridge, and in the waterfront parts of Pompano Beach and Hollywood, the approach is the sea wall, the dock line and the hedge, and the entry is a tile eave without its bird stop. In Victoria Park, Poinsettia Heights, Wilton Manors and the older side of Plantation, the houses date from the 1920s to the 1960s and carry aged fascia, original soffit screens and mature canopy. In Weston, Pembroke Pines and Coral Springs the stock is 1980s to 2000s tile over block with lakes, HOA palms and long eaves.

Where the service pages explain the work, this page maps where in Broward it gets done. Roof rat removal and rodent exclusion are the two that every area calls for.

Neighborhood and town pages

Each page is grounded in what is known about that area: canal or inland, the age of the houses, the roof type, and how much canopy or hedge reaches the eave.

Three approaches, and why sealing is the one that lasts.
